In this module, you will build a strong foundation in user experience (UX) research by defining what it is and why it matters. You will explore how UX research aligns with the product lifecycle. From these clusters, you will identify patterns and use them to build realistic user personas that reflect actual behaviors and needs. Additionally, you’ll describe how to present UX research findings to the stakeholders and write insights for the improvement. UX research helps designers understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. It informs design decisions and ensures the product is built keeping real users in mind.

IA involves organizing and structuring content so users can find what they need easily. It includes sitemaps, navigation, and labeling systems.

This course is designed for aspiring UX/UI designers, students, recent graduates, experienced UX/UI designers, graphic or visual designers, web developers, front-end engineers, business professionals, entrepreneurs, and career switchers who want to pursue a UX/UI career or enhance their design skills. It provides valuable hands-on experience you can showcase in your portfolio and discuss in interviews.

Access to lectures and assignments depends on your type of enrollment. If you take a course in audit mode, you will be able to see most course materials for free. To access graded assignments and to earn a Certificate, you will need to purchase the Certificate experience, during or after your audit. If you don't see the audit option:

The course may not offer an audit option. You can try a Free Trial instead, or apply for Financial Aid.
