I learn a lot, while I interacted with customer service agent before, it was different to be on the other side. I dont know how helpfull the course is going to be in my journey but we will see.

Some of the questions were word ackwardly which made answerering some what difficult because there could be two right answers but you could only pick one.

The course itself was great, it was the AI grading for projects. The last project to complete the course was exceptional bad with the AI's inability to grade properly.
