The content of this course was poorly structured and presented alongside commentary from an odd assortment of "experts." As someone with expertise in a technical field, I found the excessive number of definitions, classifications, and tools/software overwhelming, even for an experienced learner. Expecting a beginner to absorb all of this information at once seems highly unrealistic. As a college professor, I can confidently say that this is not an effective way to introduce foundational concepts to those new to the field. I was also not impressed with the brief introduction of statistical concepts, some of the terms were being used incorrectly. Additionally, the course had a distinct business-oriented focus, giving the impression that the primary goal was making more money, rather than genuine understanding. This approach diminished the joy of learning and made the material feel disconnected from the broader purpose of education. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure why this specialization still appears when I have canceled this subscription and the cancel option no longer appears in the upper right-hand corner. I do not want to be charged for all courses I tried during the trial period. Why the hell you all don't have a direct number to customer service?

The course is amazing but I can t receive my certficat because i have to share my ID national , we can’t share all about as and what is the importance of that you have already my name and i had befor a certificat without any identity verification , i ve worked hard to finish this module and now nothing

Requires an irritating, and in my case fruitless, ID verification that simply didn't work. I eventually gave up. This course is very superficial anyway; just videos of very basic concepts and a "peer reviewed" test. Not recommended.

i've taken IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate and came to a conclusion it iwas better to learn from free-available materials.

Includes incredibly irrelevant questions of type what did person X say in video Y. Does not actually test knowledge on the topic
