more in depth explanation for testing, nodejs, npm and better assignment system would make it a lot better

I thought this was a really difficult section. They threw a lot of information in especially in week 3.

This course is very much less about javascript itself and it provides less high level javascript.

The course covered useful introductory material but the quizzes and labs were so full of errors!

The "Arrays and Object Iteration" assignment was too finicky and the feedback for it was bad.

For absolute beginners to programming in general ok. Programming assignments are very easy.

Could have thought a little more advance topics like call, apply and bind menthods.

I would have liked more time focusing on the fundamentals like arrays, manipulating the dom, event listeners and the bare bones basics that you would use when building a webpage. Module 3 jumps into advanced javascript out of nowhere, then proceeds to talk about JSON, NPM and testing. It was simply too much information to take in all at once, and this course should probably be split into 2. with more focus on practical examples of the BASICS that are covered in module 1 and 2. That was a really challenging course, and i didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as the HTML & CSS lessons.

This course has been particularly hard for me to get through because it skips information between classes. You go from getting a small, basic introduction to something to the next lesson being 10 steps ahead. It forces me to leave the site and move to a different platform to learn what was missed in the previous video. That leaves me unmotivated to stick to this course and I think I might have to leave the course entirely because I am struggling to learn when there are gaps of information in between every session.

In my opinion, the course lacked significant emphasis on the "JavaScript in Browser" portion.

They only covered the console.log() function and failed to teach other commonly utilized functions like alert.

Moreover, the course spanned a considerable duration, but the value it provided did not match the amount of time invested. Numerous crucial topics were not explored thoroughly.

Content is good but the assignments are hell. You can have the exact same code as someone else but it will give you a failing grade unless you copy paste from someone else. Extremely frustrating. You lose your motivation to continue when you hit the wall of the assignment grader and the invisible things it will fail you on.

The course does not go in depth in any topics, exercices are extremely easy, far from real life cases. 0 challenge as the lab are only consisting of following instructions in which eveything is explained, it's not actual exercice, anyone who can read but doesn't know javascript could do the labs.

The video explanations are a bit too short and there is a problem with some of the lab instructions that makes it very difficult to complete the lab correctly. My course is currently stuck at 99% due to not accepting my input even though it matches the expected output.

Poor audio quality in videos, very little interaction. Mostly brief explanations and quizzes. Not a very good learning approach.

Make the assignments actually work? Little lemon receipt was so broken.
