The course was fantastic! I learned more than I could have imagined. This is both a great refresher and initial course for someone new to IT Support.

Very helpful introductory course teaching the fundamentals of technical support, preparing the student for a much deeper dive in the following courses.

Good introduction to the basics of IT. I believe the fundamentals are the most important part of the IT field, and mastering them are always a benefit.

The modules are in depth, but explained in a manner that can teach even someone who has very little experience with anything IT related can understand.

I really enjoyed this course. It was a great introduction for persons new to IT. I was familiar with many of the concepts but it was a great refresher.
