Coursera made learning convenient, interesting, challenging, and fair. I will recommend this avenue of education to other working adults and students.

Great course, very interesting, lot of info and very practical with notes that you can save and review later, instead writing on a journal or notepad.

Really effective for it's length. Covers a lot of content and while some if might seem basic, it's because the course ensures you don't miss anything.

A fine intro to IT Support. Covers all the very peaks of some very deep and complicated subjects very well. This first course is hIghly Recommended.
