Great for building foundational knowledge of all of the core concepts of computing - hardware, software and networks and the internet.

This is a great course created by Google and provided by Coursera. I hope anyone can get advantage by completing this specialization.

I think this was a great introduction to IT fundamentals and I think I am starting to become more passionate about this field of work.

This course helped me expand my knowledge of IT especially certain details that I previously didn't notice or given much attention to.

Basic IT support course, where I learned about communication with the client, how to solve problems,metrics among others. Recommended

Lots of information and presented very well and organized. Information overload but teaches the fundamentals and you will learn a lot!

this is amazing course its just the right lenght and alot of instructors so you really cant get bored and interesting information too.

The information is very good; while, not to technical yet still a great intro for a person who may have little to no experience in IT.
