A good course for those who are ready to study the material on their own! It's amazing that today such useful courses are free!

overall a wonderful way to learn at your own pace and if you feel lost you can always go back to a lesson and refresh your mind

Taking Technical Support Fundamentals gave me a refresher on what are the basics of networking and the history of the internet.
