I will be super honest for this course, I had to give up, I was really wasting time in boring explanations, a course that is not challenging at all and they did not have imagination to create a lab environment or recommend something nice or challenge (There are really a lot of option out there)

There are videos that are cut in the middle, code that no longer apply and do not work even if you try really hard.

This course concentrates in windows computer (Windows computers!!!!!!) where sometimes things does not for the simple fact that is windows.

The attacks perform are with administrator accounts so obviously it will work.

I would recommend to retired this course and start from scratch. (I do apologize)

This is getting more intersting to know how we can take advantage of the system to perform whatever we want. I really liked the way we evade Antiviruses detection, that very intersting.

I trully have enjoyed learning from this 5 courses. My comment applies not only to this course but for the whole "Python for Cybersecurity" specialization. The introduction to the MITRE framework is great and the selection of MITRE techniques to be studied in the exercices is great as well. Explanations about cybersecurity stuff are crystal clear. Courses always follow the same pattern : content flows from theory to an in-depth use-case ending logically with a Python example that is a very good illustration. Python code is clear and well explained. Python code addresses security concerns for Windows or for Linux, which allowed me to discover some Window OS internals. I strongly recommend this course to everyone interested in cybersecurity and preferabily has always practiced Python.

Very interesting approaches. The ideas are straight to the point. Some recommendations. Author could add extra reading links and text books so we can dig into further.

Excellent overview of the uses of Python as a security tool. Not for Python beginners but instructor explains the how and why very well.

Excellent treatment of the course material, some great insights into how simple scripts can be used to manipulate windows registry items and why its crucial to prevent them.

Decent but short - for those already working in Cyber. Not for those with no knowledge.

The author speaks rather slowly and monotonously, I had to increase the playback speed, but it was still incredibly boring and made me sleepy. There are few questions in the tests, but questions are often asked that were not answered in the lecture, and the answers may not be unambiguous. Very short, it is more like one module in a course, rather than a course within a specialization.
