Nice very basic theory but the assignments about the effects vs ease are a bit wobbly. Maybe it is a cultural thing or there is to much left to guess. It is no where near the leven of professionalism compared to other courses.

Was partially confusing, but this course gets you to have more of an open mind when it comes to being in or put in a situation whether it is to help you or someone else too.

The course is apt and very educative. It has made me aware of and armed with the necessary information to be creative and critical when solving problems.

It is too basic even to call "a creative and critical thinking course".

While I appreciate the effort put into this course, I found it to be the least comprehensive of the four I've completed so far. The content tended to scratch the surface of the topics, and I often felt that the quiz questions were too vague, with multiple options seeming valid for problem-solving scenarios. It would be beneficial to include more detailed material and specific examples to guide learners toward the correct answers. Additionally, the course occasionally presented quiz questions before covering the related material, which could be challenging for those still familiarizing themselves with the concepts. More context and a clearer explanation of the logic behind the answers would enhance the learning experience. Overall, this course didn’t provide the depth and consistency I was hoping for, and I believe there is room for improvement in delivering more valuable and thorough content.

A very excellent course. I benefited greatly from it and it covered topics that I needed despite having worked for a very long time in the field of systems development and software engineering. But what I lack in this course is the written summary and the lack of tutorials

I am glad that I have completed the first module of this course and am ready to apply all the skills acquired, either finding out the problem's root causes or applying related solutions amongst the five types of learned problems around the continent.

What I most enjoyed with this course was the initial problem presented regarding Georgia, which was carried through the entire course. Each step of the course related to Georgia's situation. This was most effective. Nicely done, IBM.
