The role of information systems in business both relevant and insightful. Your explanation of how IS supports decision-making, streamlines operations, and improves communication aligns well with what we've covered in this course. I especially appreciated the example you used to connect theory to practice highlighting the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems in marketing and sales shows a real-world understanding of IS applications. If I may suggest one thing: you could also mention how data security and cloud-based systems play a vital role in today’s business environment. With the increase in remote work and data-driven decisions, these areas are becoming even more important for business continuity and strategy. Overall, great job on identifying key benefits of IS in business operations! Your post helped reinforce my understanding of how essential it is to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
